Orders, Returns and Refunds

Ordering online…
When shopping on our site please carefully choose the products you want and check information ­regarding flavours, sizes, etc., before making payment. We keep a limited stock of frozen items in store and all items out of stock will be ­ordered direct from the manufacturer. Once your order has been placed with us any items not in stock will be delivered to us from the manufacturer and should be ready for you to collect within 3-5 working days. Your order will arrive fresh and frozen for you.

Click and Collection…
We will email when your order is ready for collection. You may then collect anytime within our ­opening hours. If you are in a hurry or need help with carrying items please let us know when you want to collect and we will have your order ready for you. If you are paying on collection please note that we dont currently accept credit cards instore, we accept cash ­payments only. Please always try to check your order is correct before leaving our shop. If someone else is collecting your goods we will ask them to check your order for you. We are unable to accept frozen goods back for resale once they have left the premises.

Faulty Goods…
If you receive a faulty product then please contact us by calling 01638 711641 or emailing melanie@mischiefdogservices.co.uk as soon as you can with your order number, which can be found on the confirmation email at the time of purchase. On receipt of the returned goods and packaging, we will arrange to replace or refund your product, as you prefer and we will contact the supplier with any complaints you may have. Products that have been ­maliciously damaged can not be returned or refunded.

Errors…
Please let us know asap if you make an error whilst ordering online by calling 01638 711641, or emailing melanie@mischiefdogservices.co.uk. Errors may hold up your order for a further 3-5 working days if we have to order again from our suppliers.

Please notify us of any incorrect goods that we have supplied within 14 days of collection by emailing us at melanie@mischiefdogservices.co.uk.

Cancellations…
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by calling 01638 711641 or emailing melanie@mischiefdogservices.co.uk. If we have any issues with your order such as out of stock items from our manufacturer we will contact you to let you know and either refund you or try to find a suitable alternative product that you are happy with.
